Need some cheap auto insurance? The Cheap-car-insurance-tips.com website offers free advice and tips on how to keep your rates down. Sometimes your insurance company just needs a little wake up call so they know you are not complacent with their terms.

The site offers several articles about getting insurance, and lowering rates. Many of them are directed toward getting a fair rate for teenagers, which I would imagine is not cheap. One article I found interesting, because I do most everything online, was how to get quotes online. It wasn’t so much on where to get quotes online. It was about what to look for, and what traps to avoid when buying insurance online. It’s too easy to get lumped into one giant category when you order online, and their could be pros or cons depending where you live.

Overall, easy enough site to use. Many articles, in blog format, so easy to read through them quickly enough. The site was dedicated strictly to auto insurance, so you want find any tips on getting your car to pass a smog test or something like that (something I am looking for). Tips on auto insurance, that is what the site is there for.

Do you do a lot of offline marketing for your site? If you do, you probably have favorite source for printing your material, a graphic artist, and a mailing company. Well you can consilidate all those to one source if you choose to use PsPrint.

Products

PsPrint is an online printing website that offers a large selection of services to handle most of your printed material marketing. In regards to their products here is a list of some of them they do:

  • Brochures
  • Business cards
  • Catalogs
  • CD/DVD sleeves
  • Envelopes
  • Letterheads
  • Postcards

All of these can be done online, and can either be shipped to your desired location, or physically picked up at one of their two locations in Oakland, California. or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. They give you a variety of shipping options to cover speed or cost.

Service

In regards to their services, they offer: mailing services, graphic design work, specialty printing, and pre-made templates for easy to make business cards and postcards. Their mailing services allow you to select what zip code, and other additional demographics.

Review

I tested their build a business card printing, and it was very simple to use. The one thing I really like about it was that I tried seeing how much it would cost to get the order worked on the same day, their “Super Rush” package. For $19.66 I could get 50 business cards. Depending on your choice of shipping, this is a pretty good price if you are in a pinch. Their economy five day turnaround was just $9.95. Your not going to get much lower that that, even if you use one of those “Free Printing” companies like Vista Print. By the way a tried Vista Print once for business cards, and ended up throwing the entire box of cards in the recycling bin. Their online layout did match the product I received.

Looking to consolidate your off-line marketing? Looks like PsPrint may be the way to go. Let us know if you use them already!

Live in the UK, and single? I’m Yours is a free UK dating site. I’m not really sure how many people use these sites, but it seems like growing industry. I’ve been married almost eleven years now, and these sites were not really out there when I was single. I had to do it the old fashion, and meet people face to face.

quicksearch

First know that ImYours dating services is exclusively for United Kingdom and residence of Ireland only. Once you have become a member you can start playing cupid, or read the match making success stories. Members and non-members can both browse profiles at any time using the quick search form seen here on the right. Obviously you would need to be a member to contact someone you are interested in. On the home page, the site also had a random photo where visitors can rate them. Non-members are allowed to particpate in this as well.

As a member you get a few extra choices to manage profiles. You can add other members to your favorites, you can send virtual kisses, and most importantly, you can block other members. Got to be able to block that weird creepy guy that keeps emailing you know.

The joys of single life. Time to go buy my wife some flowers, I don’t want to go back!

Today is Sunday, so I decided to go off topic a little bit, and do a site review of an online golf equipment store, named Planet Golf. I hope a few of you get enough free time spending a relaxing afternoon golfing. These days, I just like to do a quick par 3 course, and be done with it. I get out, I have fun, and I don’t spend the entire day doing it.

When landing on the home page, I first saw their introduction message of “Golf Equipment – Clothing Shoes Junior & Ladies”. Well, being a large forty year old man, I wasn’t sure if this is the right site for me, but a quick glance through their category list took care of that. Really, only two of their twenty plus categories catered to the juniors or ladies. Clubs, woods, golf carts, and pretty much anything you could think of in regards to golf equipment, was found on the site. The site was well laid out navigation wise, so it was easy to find your products quickly. The shopping cart was easy to use, and when you add those two together, shopping online is a snap. They also have gift certificates.

The site did surprise me a little though, because I was expecting a little larger inventory. They had many different types of products, but the listing for each item or brand seemed a little light. When I came across their Golf Shop’s Featured Product list I saw a Taylor bag I liked. Figuring they sold Taylor clubs as well, I found none. They did have some Taylor woods though.

Overall, I would say “Were ready for your order”, just don’t expect the site to be as flashy looking as eBay.

Here are three things you should know about long term care insurance according to ConvergeNet: inflation protection, 100% home health care, and calendar day waiting periods. You can check the home page to see why. It’s not a hot topic for those of you under thirty I am sure. Imagine working hard your whole life building a nest egg. You believe you have a great deal to offer your children when you pass, but way too often those assets quickly dry up due the cost of your long term care. That’s why you want the insurance.

CoverageNet does long term insurance quotes. In fact, if you read my last post you will know I like this, they do side by side comparisons for you. Personally, I love comparison charts because they can substantially improve your purchase by better matching your needs. You can get the quotes online, or by phone. They can send you brochures for each company you do a comparison on, and give ratings for those companies. The also have a few articles to help understand the how long term coverage works with some tips.

This is an easy site to use, and if you are in the market I would definitely point my finger their way. Tips are found starting right on the home page, it’s easy to get quotes with comparisons, and if you prefer the phone, dial their toll free number. Also, if you check out the very last link on the home page you will also find statistics with a source, just in case you are not sold on getting long term insurance.
