How about an easy to find phone number on the home page.
I think its too simple.. when the main page loaded I thought to myself.. is that it? the menu system is confusing.. links at the top middle, on the side, on the bottom. some products on the front page, etc. I like the over all simple concept but I think you need to go back to the drawing board with the layout & menu.. add in a few graphics as well. The product pictures are nice.
Hi Michael, I totally agree that it looks to simple. My first impression left me wondering if the site was done yet. It lacks personality.
