Do you play email ping pong with some of your files? You know, the files that are constantly getting edited by yourself and a few others. You email the latest version, someone else emails their latest version, you don’t know what is the actual latest version, and you keep fixing fixes. There is a better way, Keep and Share.
Why You Should Share
My wife plays this game all of the time. She writes up a proposal, sends it to the boss, the boss makes some edits, and then sends it back to her. Sounds simple enough. What she doesn’t know though is that the boss also sent the edited version to their marketing department for review as well. The marketing department makes some more edits, and sends it back to my wife with the new edits. That part took a couple of days though, and my wife already had more changes on the bosses version, not the boss’s/marketing version. Now she has to figure out if the marketing version has the bosses revisions or not, and start over. SHARE THE FILE, and stop wasting time.
Share What
A lot of companies offer file sharing through the network, but it’s often not taken advantage of simply because employees don’t know about it, or don’t know how to do it. Either way, and if there is no way, you can always use Keep and Share’s file share. Simple sharing of a single file, and no more confusion. Using Simple Share you have a few more options than just sharing a file.

Pretty cool service, and after you login you will find it very easy to use. I actually like the login layout better than the home page logged out. This service is great for work, groups, family, or friends.

Nice site. I liked the custom birthday ecards they provide. I definitely will visit them more in the future. Thanks for tipping me off to this new site@
Nice review. I actually have used KeepandShare.com to share photos with friends and family out of state. Very handy and easy to use.
Their tech support is outstanding. Just had a slight problem at 2am. Emailed them. Got a personal response with full explanation by the time I woke up this morning.
The photo share albums have not be accessable for the last 24 hours. Is the sight down? I believe an e-mail should be sent if you have technical difficulties that prevent logging into Keep and Share.
