Do you know what a jumbo loan is? If you own a home in California, I’m sure you do. Currently, a jumbo home loan is any thing over $417,000. LoanNetwork.com is full of information like this.
The first item listed under their Resource Center, Finance Terms, list many of the key loan terms you should know. LoanNetwork.com is not actually a lending company, and should be seen as a loan resource center. You can get comparison rates, it has a loan calculator, and has information to other types of loans besides homes loans. It is packed with advice articles, and has a Mortgage Q & A section.
I must say I’ve seen my share of loan sites. In fact, one of my first clients hired me to do one. I also recently built an extensive real estate site. What struck me though, was the thirty-seven articles I found in the Advice category. There is tons of information to be found here. If your in the market for a home loan I would at least spend a few minutes on the home page where you can find current real estate news, and key interest rates. The home page really is their best resource. By looking at that one page you can get a lot of advice, common questions answered, and tips on how to save. It can’t hurt to know what your agent knows.
