Boss Cart Contest Winner

We have a winner for the Boss Cart contest, New Technology Inventions, commenter ID#5.

Looking at all the comments, and using a random number generated by Random.org we now have a winner. There were 16 entries. Each entry was identified by the ID # of the comment with exception to ME3 whom entered their comment replying to a comment. I identified them as #16 prior to the drawing.
